Jim Marter’s campaign for Congress in Illinois’ 14th District, has released a first round list of personal endorsements. Marter is the twice elected, current Chairman of the Kendall County GOP, in the heart of the new IL14. As the list shows, he has a strong grassroots network in this district in which he lives, as well as nationally known issue experts, lending their support and expertise.
“This list shows James is well positioned to replace Lauren Underwood and he’ll be able to do the job once he gets there,” a campaign spokesperson said. “A mainstay of his campaign is to bring representation in Congress, back to Illinois.”
The candidate stated, “We’ve been ignored by our current Representative who has voted with the oppressive and failing, big government agenda, virtually 100% of the time. Congresswoman Underwood has turned a deaf ear to the constituents and this list shows that the people know I’m listening to them and I’ll keep my promise to proactively work to dismantle the agenda that is harming our nation and our district, on multiple fronts.”
